The reasons I’m conflicted

Customer service exceeded my expectations the room was comfortable and clean

There were noise issues from adjacent rooms and some hot water problems during my stay

My stay at the Hampton Inn was enjoyable. The staff provided friendly service, and the breakfast offered a satisfactory variety. The room was clean, creating a comfortable environment for my trip. However, I faced minor Wi-Fi connectivity issues that slightly hindered my experience.

During my stay, I was here for a brief visit to explore the local attractions. The most enjoyable part was the comfortable bed and clean room, which made for a good night’s sleep after a busy day. The customer service was impressive. they quickly resolved an issue with my first room being dirty and offered me another clean one right away.

We loved the clean and comfortable room with two queen beds. It’s always great to have a relaxing place to unwind after a hectic day of traveling.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly restaurants nearby.

The indoor pool was relaxing, but I faced billing issues upon check-in.

Had a great time with friends on this trip! The decor was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. The TV was great for chilling out after visiting the local museums and parks. The breakfast was also surprisingly good! Definitely recommend this place for a group stay.

The luggage cart was pretty small, which made it tough to carry all our bags in one trip. It would be nice to see a sturdier one in the future.

great location but minor room issues

The proximity to grocery stores and the Big Spring Psychiatric Hospital made it convenient for our needs. The gym had all the necessary equipment, with a full set of dumbbells and two treadmills, though one was out of order. The swimming pool area was an appealing spot, especially the jacuzzi filled with salted water. Our stay matched what other guests enjoyed—like the great decor and friendly staff.

The luggage cart was small, making it difficult to transport our bags efficiently.

Room had air conditioning, cable channels, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a hairdryer and free toiletries. Breakfast included fresh fruit and baked goods. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean, which we really liked. All of this made the stay super enjoyable!

During my stay, I loved that the park views were just a short walk away, while the nearby Desert Flower Art Gallery offered a unique local experience that was perfect for my weekend explorations.

the room was charged twice, which was super frustrating! ! but the indoor pool was clean and inviting, breakfast had a great selection including yummy waffles, and the staff were really friendly and quick to help us.

i recently returned to big spring and was pleasantly surprised by my stay. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home. my room was immaculate and comfortable, exceeding my memories of my last visit.
